Welcome to Remingle, the dating app designed for divorced and single individuals seeking meaningful connections. Before using our services, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Remingle app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Remingle. By using the app, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Remingle is intended for individuals who have experienced divorce. 

1.3 Remingle is intended for individuals who are single individuals seeking to meet and develop meaningful romantic relationships. If you are not interested in pursuing a meaningful romantic relationship, you are not eligible to use our services.

2. Registration and Account Security

2.1 To use Remingle, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. User Content

3.1 By using Remingle, you grant us the right to display and distribute your user profile, including your photos and any information you include in your profile, to other users of the app.

3.2 You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on Remingle. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.

4. Conduct Guidelines

4.1 You agree to use Remingle in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and any form of offensive behavior towards other users will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these guidelines.

5. Safety and Security

5.1 Your safety is important to us. However, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other users. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and use common sense when interacting with other users.

5.2 If you feel threatened or unsafe, please contact law enforcement immediately. Remingle is not liable for any actions or behaviours of its users.

6. Termination of Account

6.1 Remingle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

6.2 You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the app.

7. Modifications to the Terms

7.1 Remingle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the app.

7.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of Remingle after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
